How we build
Three rules we set before buying the first plot.

We only build where the location itself makes the argument. The view, the road in, the neighbours. If the land does not speak, the brochure should not have to.

Specifications are fixed before sales open and do not quietly change afterwards. What you see in the show unit is what you get on handover.
