Why Giza first
Most new developers begin where land is cheap and the view is a rendering. We began where the view already exists and has for four and a half thousand years.
Our first plot sits on the Giza plateau, facing the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Standing on it, you understand the brief immediately: do not compete with the horizon, frame it.
That is the whole idea of the company. Find land that makes its own case, then build with enough restraint that the land stays the point.

The frame around the M is a window. Every project we take on begins with what you see through it. The corner in orange is the sun on Giza limestone at the end of the day, when the plateau turns the colour of the logo.
